  • Currently, I do not accept insurance.

The Affordable Care Act (ACA) requires most insurance plans to cover the cost of lactation support. While I may not be in-network with an insurance provider, I will provide a detailed superbill (a coded receipt) after your appointment, which you can submit to your insurance for reimbursement. I recommend contacting your insurance company prior to your appointment to ask what their reimbursement process is.

  • During our visit, we’ll start with a supportive conversation about your well-being, your health history, your baby’s history, and your feeding journey so far. I’ll take the time to listen to your concerns, celebrate what’s going well, and identify any challenges you may be facing.

A breast assessment may be performed to check for any physical factors that could impact feeding. I’ll also assess your baby, including a weight check using a precise scale. I’ll observe a feeding session to evaluate latch, positioning, and milk transfer, providing real-time guidance and gentle adjustments to help you and your baby nurse more effectively and comfortably.

Together, we’ll create a personalized care plan that aligns with your goals, offering clear, practical steps to move forward. You’ll also receive educational resources to build your confidence and feel empowered in your journey.

I believe that true well-being comes from balance, and I’m here to provide compassionate, evidence-based care that aligns with your body, your instincts, and your goals. With a holistic approach, I’ll help you feel nurtured, confident, and deeply connected as you nourish and bond with your baby.
